Hear Life’s Story

Realizing that you’re considering entrusting me with such an important aspect of your life fills me with both honor and a deep sense of responsibility.

My name is Blaise M. Delfino, M.S. - HIS, founder and owner of Summerville Hearing Professional. I was born into a world of hearing care; my mother, a dedicated hearing instrument specialist, and my father, a respected audiologist, were my first inspirations. This environment made me genetically predestined to embark on a career that would shape lives.

I pursued my passion for communication, graduating from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Speech Pathology in 2014 and furthering my journey with a Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2017, where I also had the privilege of being the commencement speaker. My time in graduate school was marked by innovation—I invented the world’s first custom adjustable earplug, Fader Plugs, slated for release in 2025.

Post-graduation, the path led me back to my roots, joining my family’s practice, Audiology Services, in Nazareth and Bethlehem, PA. From 2017 to 2022, I immersed myself in the family business, engaging with over 1,000 patients and honing my skills in a practice that thrives on transparency and genuine connection.

In parallel to my clinical experience, I embarked on a new venture in 2019 to spread awareness and share knowledge through the #1 hearing healthcare podcast globally, Hearing Matters.

2023 marked a new chapter as my wife and I moved to Summerville, SC - a place we're now proud to call home. Here, I’ve embraced my calling to establish a mobile audiology clinic, driven by a heartfelt desire to serve our community members right where they are. This transition was fueled by my belief in making hearing care accessible, personalized, and comprehensive, ensuring no one has to navigate their hearing journey alone.
